Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Disrupted Nation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TradeJolt, Inc. By visiting this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Website and store

DisruptedNation.com provides information about books, authors, related subjects, and products available for purchase.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may also correct errors in product descriptions, prices, availability, or other website content.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe our books and other products accurately. Product photographs, colors, dimensions, page counts, cover designs, and other details may vary slightly from the final product.

Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted and processed.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment has been approved and we begin processing the order.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [customer-service email]. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the problem.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

a replacement;
a refund; or
another reasonable resolution.

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

returned physical books must be unused and in resalable condition;
return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery;
the customer is responsible for return shipping; and
original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.

Digital products are not returnable after they have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Order cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order.

We may cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it must be handled under our return policy.

8. Books purchased from other retailers

Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s payment, shipping, return, and refund policies.

We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases that were paid to another retailer.
